Route Notes


1 – Roadside parking please park considerately. Donation box near old school tearooms. From here head North and cross over the B6285 follow the road as it bears left and continue on here until you reach a gate.

2 – Pass through the gate and follow the beck on your right, Passing through 2 more gates and building remains until you see a path on your right heading back South.

3- Follow this uphill and through a gate and follow the sign posts and a flagged path with a wall on your right side and a reservoir on your left. Go through another gate and continue onto a track with a house to your right, and pass through another gate.

4- Follow the track downhill pass another house to your left and look out for a track to your left signposted and follow this until you reach the B6285 again.

5 -Turn right and take care on the short stretch of road pass over the bridge and take the road on your left back to where you started.
