Do you dare visit the Hole Of Horecum otherwise known as the “The Devils Punchbowl” as legend has it this the Giant Wade threw a handfull of earth at his wife. Or mabye it was actually formed by glacial meltwater make your own mind up !

You will walk through heather moorland, wind in and out of woodland, see Dundale pond, be suprised by the chilled out friendly highland cattle grazing around and if your lucky catch a glimpse of the fantastic steam trains on The North York Moors railway line which is magical to see from the viewing point of Skelton Tower an old moorland retreat and shooting lodge from 1830 which is worth a look at in its own right.

There are 2 lengths of route available and different starting points depending on the group size.
